Everyone was minding their own agendas in Carlson School. It was a pretty mundane day. Then, without warning, a student arrives carrying a saxophone in his bag. He occupies the central spot of the crowd and takes out his instrument. He plays it with his heart, each note ringing to the open corridors of the school. Little by little, the crowd takes notice and looks at the musician who is producing the melody. A lady approaches and gives alms. In truth, he was a friend of the saxophonist, a fellow student from Minnesota. What ensued was a pageantry of melody, a hymn for the coming Christmas Holidays where 300 choir members joined in. Nice treat!
