The former chemist, real state investor and businessman who were in initial steps of fighting with cancer couldn’t tackle this obstacle as his team and lost the battle. He bought lost angles Lakers along with 3 other teams that totally cost 67.5 million dollars, which hit the records in sport transaction history at that time. Lakers under his ownership and basketball stars like Karim Abdul- Jabbar, Magic Johnson, James worthy, O’Neal, and other stars won 10 NBA championships. He passed away in Feb.2013 after passing initial steps of battle against Cancer at the age of 80.
