In five minutes, you can do an effective Pilates work out. It is instructed by Paula who has over seven-year experience. You can learn how to inhale and exhale efficiently as you are doing actions; these actions are: Hundred, Roll Up and Abdominal Series of Five which consist of Single Leg Stretch, Double Leg Stretch, Scissors, Lower Lift and Criss Cross. These intermediate level exercises will be done in advanced form, too. It is also shown how times you should repeat the actions.
