Hi, we need o be relax, stress make several problems for our health and destroy our life with disorders, because we cannot enjoy life when we have stress and specially anxiety which is a higher level of stress. So that learning some method for being relax is very helpful. But we need to know that relaxing is coming from internal and so that we need to enable internal parts to remember how we can be relax. We can understand we are not relax and we are stressed when we cannot focus. In that situation do not focus, leave task and know you are not forced to do anything but you do because you want, so it is your choice you cannot not to do it, being relax is more important than that.
