Chop one green bell pepper and 1 onion. Mince 2 cloves of garlic. In a pan add 1 tbsp of olive oil. Add chopped bell pepper and chopped onion in the pan. Sauté the vegetables for five minutes and add the minced garlic; Sauté for 1 minute. Now add one 28 ounce can of whole tomatoes. Lastly, add 2 tbsp Italian seasoning and 1 cup of chicken broth. Remove the sauce for the heat and let it cool completely. Now, pour the sauce in jar of food processor. Blend until desired consistency is reached. Return sauce to the sauce pan and place it over medium-low heat. Add in 1 six ounce can of tomato paste and cook the sauce for about 20 minutes.
