Hi this is exercise tutorial video which will teach you some stretches which might help you increasing your height by this stretches. At first face down and then put your hands aside your chest and the push, and come top of your body up, you will hold in this position for about 20 to 40 seconds and this will make a good stretch I tour body. The next stretch, kneel on your left leg and then stretch your body then raise your hand and stretch is you can also rotate for more stretch to the open hip and hold in this position.
