In this video chef Jeff Hadley takes us ‘behind the scenes’ of the culinary business. He advises the people that if they wish to get admitted in a cooking school, they should first make sure that cooking is really their passion and they want to do it as a profession. If they are sure only then they should spend huge amounts of money that the cooking schools demand. In his opinion one should not blindly jump into the field but should conduct research about it because it is not like it seems on the cooking shows. One should also be positive about the small jobs e.g. dish washing one has to do in the beginning.
