This is a documentary and educational video about the process of making cheese. The important factor for making high quality cheese is to wash the inside and outside the milk container, the truck. The milk will have 3.8 fat and 3.3 percent of protein. Then the milk go for Pasteurization. Then in the tank they will be bake and the ingredients for making cheese will be produced in this state. After that the water of the milk, it is called lactose serum, will remove and just the cheese will remains, and it will take to the next station, for making cheese.
