This is a tutorial video for exercising, this will show you aerobic dance exercise for about 30 minutes, full version. At first start by turning you head to the left, put your hand on it and very relax, look at your toes, then the other side after that start moving as shown in the video, turn your body from side to side and do this again. For stretch put one leg back and one forward, bring a little pressure on your forward leg to stretch. Stretch your arms by turning your left hand to the right and bringing a little pressure by other hand on it.
