This is a tutorial video that show you an exercise for having a skinny leg. At first lie down on a pad and then put one leg down and another up and then move the leg in a circle shape 8-12 time each time, after that is a time for the other leg. Be careful you back should touches the pad also your shoulders. In all moments when you are doing this exercise, when your leg is moving in a round shape your stomach needs to be engage in the exercise. I loved this exercise I did it many time after my college in the summer.
