This is a tutorial video for cooking Khasta Kachori Recipe by Manjula, Indian Vegetarian Gourmet.
The ingredients are one cup of flour, 2 table spoon oil, half cup of cold water, quarter cup of salt and quarter cu of yellow moong dal. one teaspoon of coarsely grinds funnel seed, one teaspoon of coarsely grinds coriander seed, one teaspoon of red chilly flakes, quarter teaspoon of ginger powder, half teaspoon of mango powder, one Pinch of asafetida or hing, half of teaspoon salt or adjust to taste, one tablespoon of oil, two tablespoons of water. Making dough with two table of water and flour then put it aside for about 15 minutes. Mixing other ingredients and fry them on the pan.
