The history of chips refers to a customer that back his potato and complaining that it is slices are too thick. Then the chief for revenge cut them as a thick paper and fry them. Then they will be washes in a channel to remove black spots it has. Na dafter that the skin will remove by a tumbling machine, after that they are sent to a machine to be cut. One average potato can produce 36 slices of chips. Then they will be washed again. After that with the help of the water they be dry up and going for frying and packaging.
