Cheese is often made from milk of cow. This tradition of chees making, backed to the middle ages, which the people take their cows to the mountain for food. They milk the cows at the morning for seven minutes, each cow can produces about 2 and half gallon of milk. Which contains, calcium fat and other nutrient ingredients. Then they put the milk in a big pot and on the constant heat 86 Fahrenheit degree for 40 minutes. After that they will add an enzyme to which change the milk to the cheese. After that the milk will have cud on it then worker will mix the curl and cut it and the next will heat that again for 20 minutes know the curd are ready for making the cheese.
