On the earth it is possible to survive for some time without food, but it is extremely difficult to survive without water and air. There are many health benefits of drinking water. Water helps in losing weight as it reduce the appetite and contains no calorie. It flushes out the waste from our body. It helps in digestion and constipation as it raises the metabolism of our body. Drinking a healthy amount of water reduce the risk of bladder cancer as it resolves the cancer causing agents and flush through urine.
