Description

The two main effect of electric current are heating effect and magnetic effect. Whenever the electric current flows through a wire, it gets heated. This effect is used in application like electric bulb and electric heater. Due to the heating effect, electricity transferred from one place to another place on high voltage and less current, so that minimise the wastage of electricity as the high electric current would result in loss. Whenever electric current passes through a wire, it produce magnetic field around it. This effect of electric current is used for manufacturing of motor, fan, electric bell, etc.
